We’re now looking for a Digital Media & Automation Specialist who can bridge the worlds of creative communication and smart technology using tools like Python to enhance how we share, promote, and scale our design projects.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role that combines content creation, media coordination, and backend automation. You’ll play a key part in managing our digital presence and streamlining communication workflows using Python-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance, website)
- Use Python to automate tasks such as:
- Social media scheduling
- Web scraping for design trends and inspiration
- Email newsletter generation
- Content reporting & analytics
- Collaborate with the design team to craft brand narratives and case studies
- Maintain and update digital assets, studio portfolios, and press kits
- Track and analyze content performance using Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Contribute to PR, awards submissions, and press releases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in media or communications (agency/design studio a plus)
- Proficiency in Python (automation scripts, APIs, web scraping, data analysis)
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram), CMS tools (Webflow, WordPress)
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and tech
