Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Medicine Supervisor to oversee the storage, distribution, and administration of medicines in a healthcare or institutional setting. The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of medical protocols, and the ability to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of medicines.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and disposal of medicines.
• Monitor expiry dates and maintain inventory rotation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to ensure correct administration.
• Educate staff about safe medicine handling procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and safe medicine handling.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work responsibly under minimal supervision.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Diploma/degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field is an advantage.
