Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to support both employees and management in achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
