Your role is to provide excellent service, offer expert advice, and build trusted relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their banking inquiries and transactions
- Offer guidance on NAB’s products and services, including accounts, loans, and cards
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions
- Work efficiently with digital banking tools and POS systems
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies
- Support a team environment that reflects NAB’s core values of respect, integrity, and excellence
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Basic financial knowledge or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling transactions
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking (preferred but not required)
