Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join our team at Glory Immigration. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients on migration and visa matters, while ensuring all applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Provide professional migration advice and assistance to clients.

Conduct consultations (under supervision of senior/principal RMA if required).

Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications, nominations, and related documents.

Handle skills assessments, sponsorships, and labor agreement applications.

Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication (calls/emails).

Collect, verify, and manage client information and supporting documents.

Keep updated with changes in migration law, regulations, and policies.

Work collaboratively with team members and provide client-focused service.

Must be a Registered Migration Agent (MARA) with valid registration.

Sound knowledge of Australian migration laws and policies.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in an immigration firm is preferred (but not mandatory for junior agents).

Strong IT and documentation management skills.
