We are now seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver world-class dining experiences.

 About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving business success. This is a leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise FOH and BOH teams
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction
• Handle reservations, floor planning, and customer flow
• Manage budgets, inventory, and ordering supplies
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives (e.g., promotions, events)
• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends required)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to customer excellence
• RSA certificate and hospitality qualifications (preferred)
