We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Migration & Education Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa processes, migration pathways, and study abroad opportunities. You will work closely with individuals and families to provide accurate advice, handle documentation, and ensure a seamless migration and education journey to Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling and advisory services to clients on visa categories, PR pathways, and study options.
• Assist with preparation, lodgment, and follow-up of visa and admission applications.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and prepare migration case files in line with Australian immigration laws.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies, education systems, and institutional requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a customer-first approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams for application tracking, compliance, and case updates.
• Support clients with pre- and post-landing services including accommodation and orientation.
