Job Description

We are looking for a caring and responsible Child Care Worker to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. The candidate should have patience, communication skills, and the ability to support children’s physical, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children in care.
• Plan and implement activities that support learning and development.
• Assist children with daily routines such as meals, rest, and hygiene.
• Encourage positive behavior and social interaction.
• Maintain records of children’s progress and activities.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding child development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in childcare, teaching, or a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and early learning practices.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies responsibly.
• Certificate/Diploma in Child Care, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred).
